What parts of the Pocket 4 Pro does the case protect?

The case covers the gimbal, screen and main camera body during storage. The rigid exterior helps prevent direct contact with other objects, while the internal contact points help reduce scratches.

How quickly can I access the camera?

Lift the snap-fit cover and fold it back to access the Pocket 4 Pro. The cover remains connected to the case, so there is no separate cap to hold or misplace.

Can the cover open accidentally inside a bag?

The snap-fit latch is designed to remain closed during normal carrying. However, no closure is completely immune to severe pressure, so avoid overpacking the bag or placing heavy objects directly against the case.

Does the hard shell rub against the camera?

The main contact areas use flexible materials to separate the device from the rigid shell. Keep the inside of the case clean because trapped sand, dust or hard debris may still scratch the camera.

Is the case drop-proof?

The ABS and PC shell provides protection against ordinary bumps and minor accidental drops. It is not certified as drop-proof, and protection cannot be guaranteed against severe impacts.

Can I operate the camera while it is inside the case?

The case is primarily designed for storage and quick access. Remove the camera as shown in the product instructions before normal filming and gimbal movement.

Is the case waterproof?

No. The shell provides basic protection against dust and occasional light splashes, but the openings and closure are not waterproof.

Will the wrist strap prevent every accidental drop?

The wrist strap provides an additional point of security when correctly attached and worn. Always check the strap and attachment point before carrying the camera.
