What parts of the Luna Ultra does the case protect?

The case surrounds the camera body and gimbal during storage and transport. The rigid exterior reduces direct contact with other objects, while the silicone interior protects the main contact points.

How does the dual-lock closure work?

Closing the cover engages two locking points to reduce the risk of accidental opening. Before carrying the case, press the cover closed and check that both locking points are fully engaged.

What can be stored in the filter compartment?

The internal magnetic compartment holds one compatible wide-angle lens and up to three compatible filters. The lenses and filters are not included with the case.

Will the filters remain secure when the camera is removed?

The magnetic positions help hold compatible filters in place during normal carrying. Make sure every filter is correctly seated before closing or moving the case.

Can I connect an extension pole without removing the case?

Yes. The open-bottom design leaves the camera’s mounting area accessible for a tripod, extension pole or compatible quick-release base.

Can the camera record while it is inside the case?

The cover can be opened while the camera remains in the lower section, but you should confirm that the case and attached accessories do not enter the shot or restrict camera movement before recording.

Is the case drop-proof?

No. The reinforced ABS shell and silicone cushioning provide protection against ordinary bumps and minor accidental drops, but they cannot guarantee protection from every impact.

Can the cover open accidentally inside a backpack?

The dual-lock design reduces accidental opening during normal transport. Avoid overpacking the bag or placing heavy objects directly against the locking area.

Is the case waterproof?

No. It protects against dust, scratches and light external contact, but the open bottom and hinged cover are not waterproof.
